Milestones
Jetalliance Technical Services (JA-TEC) started as the Technical Management department of Jetalliance Flugbetriebs AG. Throughout the decade, JA-TEC has become a service allrounder that it is today. The following events are milestones in our history.
February 2002: Jetalliance's former Technical Management Department was incorporated as ALB Aircraft Technical Services GmbH, a limited company dedicated to the handling of all technical management tasks of the Jetalliance fleet.
September 2005: Approval as CAMO according to EASA Part-M, which allows us to manage all airworthiness concerns for commercially operated aircraft.
October 2006: JA-TEC introduced the Hanger 6 facility, an additional 4500 sqm of hangar space for aircraft parking and maintenance, at the Vienna International Airport.
May 2007: We received CAMO++ approval with the permission to issue Airworthiness Review Certificates for Jetalliance other private operators' aircraft.
April 2008: To show our close tie with our parent company, Jetalliance Holding, we undergone a re-branding effort and changed the company name to Jetalliance Technical Services GmbH.
August 2008: JA-TEC received its first base maintenance approval.
January 2009: We received the official approval from Cessna Aircraft Company as an Authorized Citation Service Center. This milestone affirmed JA-TEC's efforts in providing top-notch products and services.
